Land Use Plan

Haisla Nation Council’s draft Haisla Land Use Plan (LUP) is ready for membership review and input.

The LUP document covers each of our 18 reserves and will designate how each is to be used.

Potential zoning designations include:  Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Protected,  and Traditional Cultural.

We plan to reach every band member with this document, so everyone has an opportunity to learn about our territory and provide feedback.

Over the coming weeks we will follow up with reminders to spread the word.
