Committed to delivering Health & Wellness Initiatives
Haisla Nation is deeply committed to promoting a strong, healthy, and thriving community: mind, body, and spirit. Our vision of wellness goes beyond treating illness; it focuses on prevention, education, and empowerment.
Through our Health & Wellness Department, we deliver a wide range of integrated programs and services that respect and reflect Haisla culture while embracing modern healthcare practices. These initiatives address the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of every member, ensuring that care is holistic and inclusive. From clinical health services and mental health support to nutrition programs, addiction recovery, and traditional healing practices, we strive to create an environment where individuals and families can live balanced, healthy lives.
Our approach is rooted in community connection, cultural identity, and the belief that wellness is a shared responsibility, together, we build resilience, strength, and hope for future generations.
