Set Your Child up for Success
We all know the saying, “the right tool for the right job.” Haisla Nation helps families make sure students have what they need to learn and grow, from kindergarten all the way to graduation.
Payments are made to the parent or guardian by direct deposit.
The cut-off date for the 2025/26 school year is September 19, 2025. No payments will be made after this date.
Application Process
There are two ways to apply for the school supply allowance: by paper form or online.
Option 1: Paper Form
Please note: incomplete forms may cause delays.
- Payments are made to parents or guardians by EFT (direct deposit).
- Email completed forms to mmcneil@haisla.ca
- whenever possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s received.
If you can’t email it, drop the form off at the Haisla Nation Band Office, 500 Gitksan Ave, Haisla, BC.
Option 2: Apply Online
To complete the form online, please enter your child’s information below.
- Fill in all fields, incomplete submissions can’t be processed.
- One form per student.
- Use legal names.
- A status number is required for each student.
