How the Haisla Nation Organization Is Structured
The Haisla Nation operates through a clear and collaborative organizational structure designed to support efficient program delivery and strong governance.
At the top, the Elected Chief and Council provide overall leadership and direction. They oversee the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), who ensures that all areas of administration and operations run effectively.
Under the CAO, the Nation’s work is organized into 4 divisions, each led by an Executive Director. These divisions are further divided into departments, which are guided by Directors. Directors supervise a range of units and specialized teams, each managed by experienced Managers who oversee day‑to‑day operations and program delivery.
