Eagle View Apartment - Two Bedroom Rental

Haisla Nation currently has a two-bedroom apartment unit that is available starting February 2, 2026. This unit comes with Fridge , stove, dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. It also comes with your own storage unit. This unit is on the ground level. The rent will be $750.00 per month with a one time fee for the damage deposit of $375.00. You mut be on the Haisla Band Membership list to apply.

The submission deadline is noon on January 30, 2026.

Members must complete the "Renting it Right" certificate (even if completed before). The website can be accessed here: RentingItRight.

If you previously submitted your name for a unit you must reapply.

The following is the criteria for Haisla First Nation when selecting Band Members as Candidates for On-Reserve Social Housing:

1. Single parents with children with increase priority given to those with younger and greater numbers of children, respectively.
2. Families with children with increase priority given to those with younger and greater numbers of children, respectively.
3. On reserve couples.
4. On reserve singles.
5. Off reserve couples.
6. Off reserve singles.
