Healing Together on the Land

Come walk with us on a journey of connection, culture, and wellness. Land-Based Healing is about returning to the land, our greatest teacher, and rediscovering the traditional practices that have guided our people for generations. Together, we create safe and welcoming spaces where mind, body, and spirit can heal in harmony with nature.

What is Land-Based Healing?

It is a way to reconnect with the land and with each other, honoring the wisdom of our ancestors while strengthening our cultural identity. Through shared experiences, we nurture wellness in a way that feels natural, respectful, and rooted in Haisla and Henaksiala values.
