SafeTALK is a three hour program to train and prepare persons over the age of 15 to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and to connect them to suicide first aid resources. Participants learn to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and to respond in ways that link them with further intervention help.

ASIST stands for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and is an interactive workshop to prepare caregivers to provide suicide life-assisting first aid intervention. This program will help you identify people who have thoughts of suicide, understanding how beliefs and attitudes can affect suicide prevention and help you conduct a safety assessment and develop a plan to keep a person at risk safe.
