The Grant Writing Workshop is a practical 2-hour hands-on experience that will prepare you to access funding from Nechako-Kitamaat Development Fund Society. NKDF funds projects that provide economic development benefits to the community. Eligible applicants include registered non-profit societies and local government.
The session is for anyone with an interest in honing their skills, whether or not you have previous grant writing experience. The workshop will cover a brief introduction to NKDF, which organizations qualify to receive funding, and how much funding is available. Participants are encouraged to bring their project ideas to focus on during workshop activities, and the facilitator will be available to meet with participants on an individual basis during the afternoon.
This workshop will be facilitated by Dan Boudreau, NKDF Manager since 2004. The workshop is offered at no charge, but we do ask that you pre-register by calling (250) 639-9361.
