For membership with Direct Deposit:
We will be using banking information which was provided for the December 2018 payment. If you have changed your bank account, please provide us with updated information. Haisla Nation Council will not be responsible for deposits made into old bank accounts.
For membership who wish to set up Direct Deposit:
Direct deposit is only available to those that have a Canadian bank account.
An original banking document (from your bank) or a void cheque needs to be submitted to Conrad Wilson in one of these three ways:
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fax: (250) 632-4794
- Dropped off to HNC Administration Building to the attention of Conrad Wilson.
Deadline to submit banking documents for direct deposit set up is September 27, 2019 at 12 noon.
We cannot accept hand written document or screen shot of your banking information.
If you have updated your address and bank information with another department within the organization; you still are required to resubmit to the contact information above.
